Individual Therapy

As a therapist, I offer a safe, compassionate space  as an online therapist for women healing from sexual assault to process their experiences at their own pace. In our work together, we’ll gently explore the emotions and impacts of trauma like fear, shame, or disconnection while focusing on helping you rebuild a sense of safety, self-worth, and control. I use a trauma-informed, individualized approach that may include EMDR, somatic techniques, or talk therapy, depending on what feels right for you. You don’t have to face this alone healing is possible, and you deserve to feel whole again.

Family/Couples Therapy

In family and couples therapy, I create a safe, supportive space for partners and loved ones to navigate the complex impacts of trauma, rebuild trust, and strengthen communication using trauma family therapy . Whether you’re coping with the aftermath of sexual assault, navigating emotional disconnection, or simply struggling to feel heard, we’ll work together to foster understanding, compassion, and healthier patterns of connection. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, helping each person feel seen and supported as we move toward healing, not just individually, but as a unit. You don’t have to repair things alone, healing in relationships is possible, and I’m here to help guide the way.
